HI. My name is Tony Curl and I have a real concern with the State of Men's Health. I know so many of my friends and mates, and see hundreds of others that carry that extra weight around their guts. The badge of honour called a Beer Gut. Unhealthy is a nice way to say it. An absolute killer is another. I want everyone to know my story and for you to realise that YOU can change your life and improve your health. Transform your life, all you need is the desire to change.

Routine

One of the big things you need to be successful with any weight loss goal, is to get into a routine and stay in control. I have found that to be one of the real foundations of success. With this mindset it is very easy then when you do slip out of routine, and lose a bit of control, it is important not to sweat the small stuff.

A case in point. This week for me has been a shocker. Awards Night, State Meetings for two days in a row and now two days of celebration dinners with my team. I have had very little control on my food, other than breakfast. Does it help me feeling guilty about this? NO !!!! I don't sweat the small stuff. One week for the rest of my days is a little price to pay on occasions.  My mind is clear, slip back into routine and get back into your successful habits. Everyone needs to stop occasionally on the journey and celebrate their achievements. Don't feel bad about this, just slip back into your rountine and continue your journey.
