HI. My name is Tony Curl and I have a real concern with the State of Men's Health. I know so many of my friends and mates, and see hundreds of others that carry that extra weight around their guts. The badge of honour called a Beer Gut. Unhealthy is a nice way to say it. An absolute killer is another. I want everyone to know my story and for you to realise that YOU can change your life and improve your health. Transform your life, all you need is the desire to change.
Please read MY STORY first, then click through the pages. Would love to hear from others and only too willing to help anyone who takes the step to help themselves. Overall I have lost over 29kg, transformed my life and now have kept it off for over twelve months. The proof that you can still drink beer and transform your body.

Important Stuff

It is very important to note that this blog has been compiled by my own personal experience. While I endorse the Bodytrim program, as this program educates you on food, activity and exercise. It also doesn't enforce strict rules around Calorie Counting and/or points, which makes weight control a regime.

It is important to understand that your body will work to burn that fuel first. So drinking any alcohol will slow your weight loss, but if done in moderation, your body will return to burning fat as soon as the alcohol has been burnt. This is why it is vital to have at least FOUR Alcohol Free Days each week, but preferably more.

This blog is not to be seen as an endorsement from the Bodytrim people that drinking beer is part of the BT program. It isn't. BT educates you on the impacts, but the decision rests with you. I have my own personal experience with this program and have seen countless others where success has come with weight loss while also enjoying the weekend beers.
