HI. My name is Tony Curl and I have a real concern with the State of Men's Health. I know so many of my friends and mates, and see hundreds of others that carry that extra weight around their guts. The badge of honour called a Beer Gut. Unhealthy is a nice way to say it. An absolute killer is another. I want everyone to know my story and for you to realise that YOU can change your life and improve your health. Transform your life, all you need is the desire to change.

How is the Week Looking?

I am starting this week with a question. How does the week look for you? Do you make plans to cover for anything out of the ordinary happening? I personally find it is easy to stick to a routine and to be compliant for my nutrition and activity, but sometimes life throws a curve ball, with family, outings, meetings and travel for example. So how does your week look? I know mine is looking pretty sweet, with a day off on Friday and working on Sunday. No additional meetings that will inhibit me at all.


Do you look and plan for your week ahead? I find that when you do plan ahead, you have a much greater chance of success than when you just allow life to happen. If you can maintain 90% of your plan, it is better than achieving it ad-hoc. You know the olde chestnut, Fail to plan, Plan to Fail. Our lives are in our hands, take control, stop making excuses and get on with it.
