HI. My name is Tony Curl and I have a real concern with the State of Men's Health. I know so many of my friends and mates, and see hundreds of others that carry that extra weight around their guts. The badge of honour called a Beer Gut. Unhealthy is a nice way to say it. An absolute killer is another. I want everyone to know my story and for you to realise that YOU can change your life and improve your health. Transform your life, all you need is the desire to change.
Please read MY STORY first, then click through the pages. Would love to hear from others and only too willing to help anyone who takes the step to help themselves. Overall I have lost over 29kg, transformed my life and now have kept it off for over twelve months. The proof that you can still drink beer and transform your body.

Alarm Bells

I have just finished reading a Leadership article. In it, the author describes a time he had settled into his hotel room after a conference, sitting on the bed, having a few beers and watching a comedy. As is often the case, just in his underwear. When the hotel alarm started going. For a split second he contemplated putting on warmer clothes and checking what was happening, instead he allowed himself to stay, watching the telly. A few minutes went by, when he was started by banging on the door and someone yelling for him to get out.

As he stood on the footpath, with other guests, still in his underwear and shivering, he mused to himself that if he had acted originally, he would indeed be warmer and more conservative as he waited to be given the all-clear to re-enter.

When he got back into his apartment, he wondered why he had chosen to ignore the alarm bell. He started to think about what other alarm bells he was missing in both his personal life and career.

What Alarm Bells are you ignoring? The breathlessness that comes after walking up the stairs? The tightness of your clothing? The alarming headache of a morning?? The lack of energy? Isn't it time you stopped ignoring those alarm bells and do something about it?
