Well, the best thing about being healthy, is the way you feel about yourself. But occasionally, its so good to good external support for the new healthy you. I got results from a blood test today that really highlights the transformation that I have embarked on.
The new blood tests compared against three other tests conducted over the last seven years. I am proud to post the following results and improvements on my bloods since getting real and healthy.
The worst Cholesterol result over the last results was a high of 5.9. My current result is 4.8. 5.9 is scary, 4.8 is cool. The good cholesterol at its worst was 0.8, now its sits at 1.9 (which I am told is a little high). My triglycerides, which is the fatty crap in your blood, at its worst sat at 3.5, which is high. Now its sits at 0.5. I am told that, that is a little low. My Chol/HDL Ratio now sits at 2.5, but it was as high as 6.6. They tell me that this is the Cardiac Arrest ratio. My doctor says, Whatever you are doing, keep doing it.....I Plan to. According to the Cardiovascular Risk, I sit at 2% of having a stroke/heart attack in the next five years. I like those odds.
To ascertain your own risk......http://www.cvdcheck.org.au
Guys, if there is any other information you need, to change your life....the chance to live longer is it! A heart attack at 50, or living life like a young fella like I think I am. I am so glad I made the choice just a couple of years back and my life is so much better than it has been. I thank Bodytrim, but I also thank me, for doing the hard stuff. Guys its worth it.
HI. My name is Tony Curl and I have a real concern with the State of Men's Health. I know so many of my friends and mates, and see hundreds of others that carry that extra weight around their guts. The badge of honour called a Beer Gut. Unhealthy is a nice way to say it. An absolute killer is another. I want everyone to know my story and for you to realise that YOU can change your life and improve your health. Transform your life, all you need is the desire to change.
Please read MY STORY first, then click through the pages. Would love to hear from others and only too willing to help anyone who takes the step to help themselves. Overall I have lost over 29kg, transformed my life and now have kept it off for over twelve months. The proof that you can still drink beer and transform your body.

Feeling Fit, Looking Fit, Getting Feedback
Can I tell you, I feel great. The weight continues to slide off me, and more importantly my muscle tone and body structure continues to improve. I saw a guy today, who works within my company, who I hadn't seen for a number of weeks. He is undergoing a "Lite N Easy" transformation, but his initial comment to me was "Curly, you are looking so fit" What feedback.....I have been this weight (Under 88kg or thereabouts) since June 2009, so in some respect you expect people to be used to how you look now. I feel great that I am challenging myself and that my body shape continues to evolve in a positive sense. I enjoy being fit, I enjoy being healthy and I still get a kick out of great feedback.....
Just remember please, this starts with one simple change. And builds, and builds and builds. Want this journey? Its actually yours for the taking....all you have to do is make the choice.

Cave in or Stick to?
Here I am just over three weeks away from the re-opening of Bunnings Rocklea, and to date I have been able to stay committed to my nutrition and exercise regime, and have managed to shed a few of the kilos gained around the mid-riff over the Christmas period.
I work with a great team, a team that covers a wide coverage of skills. This allows us to succeed in most of the things that we do. With the team support, we are able to achieve greater than what we would have. My team also understand my nutrition and exercise, and while at times this is the brunt of some good natured banter, are proud of what I have personally achieved.
While I am strong and vocal for personal commitment to transforming your life, the reality is that you do need support and that this usually comes in the shape of a team or your family. You need someone in your corner and sometime to turn to when you face your demons. At times, good natured banter from your support, may just be the difference to a "cave in" or a "stick to"
Stay committed, stay true and you can make a difference with your life.
